Show content to specific CRM contacts

    I’d like to use this plugin to show a message on our website to visitors who are marked as customers in our Dynamics CRM. Is this possible? Would I utilize the Views feature for this? If so, can you point me how to get started? Thanks!

    Hi @knetwalker,

    to identify the visitors and link them to the customers in Dynamics CRM, you would need Business extension. This extension allows authentication of CRM contacts (or accounts, or other entity) as WordPress users (or, to look at it the other way, linking WordPress users to CRM entities). That immediately gives you an ability to create content specifically targeting these visitors (e.g. private area downloads or custom message). Also, in your shortcodes you will be able to reference currentuser object and perform further customizations, e.g. filtering the views to show only their cases/invoices/etc.
