Show content depending on user selection in multiple dropdown boxes

I’m stuck with one thing on my new website. I would like to make something like transport search depending on user selected criteria – transport route number, region and direction. After user has made his selection, below selection form echo’es table with transport timetable.

You can check example here – https://jsfiddle.net/EFM9b/31/ (please choose only first selection options, as I haven’t made it till the end (e.g. 8. route, Majori, Riga).

I have searched for some plugins, but couldn’t get clear if I can make something like this with those ones:

Maybe you have some ideas how could I make this?

Also I have searched how could I implement my code from jsfiddle into page. One option is iframe, but I wouldn’t want to use this. Maybe there is way how can I add html code into wordpress page with CSS an JS together?
