Show comments on a separate web page

Hi – I’ve hunted everywhere for this.

I would like a link beneath my posts on the single.php page that then goes to another web page showing all the comments instead of having the comments appear underneath the post.

Any ideas how I might achieve this?

I’m happy writing themes from scratch in php, just so you know my skill level.
