Show comments from facebook – same link

If I use a post link in the Facebook graph debugger I can see all the likes/shares/comments that were made on WordPress using this plugin OR that were made on Facebook on a shared link.
Is it possible to display on the blog all the comments made to the post LINK and not necessarily on WordPress? All the information is already available if I’m not mistaken…
To be more concrete: I make a “hello world” post on wordpress and leave WITH FACEBOOK a comment with “hello”. Then I go and share the post link on my personal facebook. A friend sees it and leaves a comment on my wall with “world”. I would like to display in the comment system on wordpress to the “Hello world” post 2 comments. The first one with “hello” and the 2nd one with “world”.
If I debug the post link with Facebook debugger, it correctly detects both comments
