Show comment approval pending

Hello,

Is it possible to show to users the comments they have sent when it is pending of approval? People get confused and they send the comment twice because they can’t see it.

By default, desktop themes show them.

It should only shows pending of approval comments to their respective authors, not to everyone.

Is that possible?
