Show Coming Soon On Only One Page

I’m putting together a new page at https://www.ontheroadwithdave.com.
The page is now in draft, and the Coming Soon text and setting is set up. I typed in the main URL and the other pages URLs to exclude. But when I publish the new page…Either I get the Coming Soon on the entire site or it does not appear at allCan I correct this?
