Show certain menus in footer, but not in head?

Is it possible to show a limited amount of pages on the header/menu of each page, but show that + more pages on the footer only? For example, I want my header menu to have the pages Blog, About, Contact, Store, Cart, and Checkout. On the footer, I want these + pages called Refunds & Returns, Privacy Policy, etc.

Is this possible? I would probably have to adjust the actual coding of the website, but yeah. What would I be looking for?
