    Hi Dear @satyajitghosh ,

    Thank you for the topic.

    Unfortunately, the plugin does not have that kind of functionality.

    But, you can achieve that with the help of the <b>Redirect after submit</b> option.
    You need to insert the second shortcode into another post and redirect to it.

    The Redirect after submit option is available both in PRO and FREE versions. (Results Settings tab)
