Show categories with no products

Is it possible to show categories that do not have any products? I have some categories that will have future products but none currently. The category archive description contains useful information that some visitors may be looking for even if we haven’t yet added products to those categories. Like this: https://www.hildegard.com/wp_2022/product-category/composers/cynthia-folio/
If I manually put the slug in the URL, I can view the category but it doesn’t come up in the parent category listing: https://www.hildegard.com/wp_2022/product-category/composers/
Is this at all possible?

Firstly, I apologize for the delayed response.
You can add the code snippet I found in this article to show categories without products. I tested it on my personal site and it is working on my end as seen below:
