Show boxes covering drop down navigation menu

Hi,

I have a shadow box near the top of one of the pages on my site, and when the navigation menu drops down, it drops down behind the showdow box on the page (so people can’t navigate to some pages). Is there a fix for this?

You can see this in action at if you try to select from the Coaching tab in the navigation menu.
