show both billing address and shipping address side-by-side

  • I have not downloaded your plugin yet, am researching to see if it can suit my needs on a New Order form. I am very pleased to find your plugin does everything I need, but I do not see if it includes a template that shows both the billing and shipping addresses side-by-side. Can you explain to me if or how that can be done? Thank you in advance for your help!

  • Hey,
    If the order is being shipped then both addresses will show. Make sure to preview the email with a real order and not the mockup and you would see it.

    Ben, thank you so much, this worked and I am using your app. One thing I can’t figure out. My client wants whenever possible to print the order email in only one sheet. I adjusted and tightened everything up, including font and line size, etc. The first email was successfully on one page. However, the second one went back to the original settings. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

    If you go into the email customizer and edit something then save, exit and then come back in. Is that change gone?
