I need short code for the users to deposit in their account too. Please help me with these.

    Hello,

    1. The deposit shortcode is [wallets_deposits]. This shows the deposit shortcode for the currently logged in user. When you used the qr code, were you logged in as that other user? If you were logged in as administrator, it would make sense that the coins would go to the administrator account.

    2. Also, deposits from CoinPayments get accepted after being confirmed. This can take a while. Did you change coin adapters recently? If so, you’d need to clear the deposit addresses. This is detailed in the documentation.

These are all separate issues than the one you had earlier. Sounds like the problem with the deposits is about the coin adapter extension. Can we please continue discussion at the support forum for the adapter? If you think the problem is with the main plugin, please open a new thread here instead.

    Thanks.

1.[wallets_deposits] is showing a dropdown with the details. But it is always 0. When i am in the dashboard im able to see balance. But in the front end im still seeing only 0

2.I newly created an account in coinpayment.net (admin).

We logged in to the account in a test login and deposited the currency but that login does not have account in coinpayment. Do you think that this will be the issue. Should the people logging in have account in coinpayment.

    1. I think you may be confusing the total wallet balance with the individual user balances.

    2. People who use your site do not need a CoinPayments account. Whether you use CoinPayments or another wallet, all user currencies are stored in one wallet. The plugin then assigns one deposit address to each user and keeps track of user balances in your MySQL database.

Please either open a new thread as discussed above, or contact me directly by email at [email protected] so I can provide more clarification.

    kind regards
