show billing phone number on customer list and export csv

I understand that you would like to display the customer’s phone number under WooCommerce > Customers and export the list of customers via CSV, correct?

By default, these are what is only shown when you browse WooCommerce > Customers:

I’ve checked the Github Repository and found that this was already reported as an Enhancement Request here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/30505
