    Hi John,

    As I have already replied via email – this Specific template doesn’t include right sidebars. You can customize the code to meet your requirements.

    We have already replied you partially regarding search removal will copy it here:
    You can hide search from the banner adding the line below to the file – estatiktheme/css/es_style.css
    .page-id-171 .es_banner_search_in { display: none; }
    where 171 is the page ID where search should be hidden.
    Custom CSS box in theme Setting can be also used.

    Question with using any widgets on right sidebar is under checking.

    HI John again,

    In regards to sidebar on the page you want, what we can offer you is to add right sidebar to Specific properties template on individual an public basis, i.e. we can schedule it and do it within 1 week. This new option will be also included in the next update of theme.
