show and allow buy all variations, not only “in stock”

  • Hi!
    We use virtue long time ago, but one month ago someone bought a jacket we had “out of stock”. Line in mail didn’t show variation_id, only parent_id.
    Today we notice that, if you go inside web by Internet Explorer, you can buy anything without stock.
    I tried to update my plugins, but when I update “kadence Blocks”, this trouble expand to any web navigator.
    Had anyone same trouble? How can I fix it?

    Thanks for posting! I haven’t heard of others experiencing this. Is this only happening in Internet Explorer? Are you up to date on all your plugins and the theme?

    Hi, Hannah!
    I didn’t have all my plugins updated, I updated them all today. But problems still occur, with all browsers.
    I disabled one (SG Optimizer) and again it only fails in IE.
    I think this plugin interacts with others and my theme (Virtue), and this produces unexpected crashes.
    I don′t know why only IE, next week I will continue testing.

    Hey Daniel,
    When you get back to testing I would also recommend you ensure that you’re running the latest version of Virtue and of WordPress core. If the issue still remains I suggest deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting. I’ll be happy to help troubleshoot further from there if needed.
