For some reason, when I have the check box enabled for the front end editor for description it does not display, and makes the box virtually useless, but when I uncheck the box it works fine.

Would this be a compatibility issue with the theme flatsome?

It is an issue on both ticket creation on customer side, as well as ticket replies on the customer side.

    Hi:

That is certainly a possibility – have you tried switching the theme to the basic WP 2015/16/17 theme see if the editor shows up?

    Thanks.

I just tried the basic theme twenty seventeen and it does not show the editor either for some reason. I guess i will try to disable some plugins to see if that might be the issue.

    Hi:

That would have been my next suggestion. I am curious what you find.

    Thanks.
