Show all Main Menu items on a single page

I’ve tried several sitemap plugins, but what we’re looking for is a hierarchical display of our main menu items. We have many levels and about 40 menu items. Once on a single page, we can check with the new site we’re building in development to make sure we’ve captured all pages (or combined).

If we could have the main menu fully expanded when the page loads, that’s what we’re looking for as there are 3-4 levels deep of sub-menu items.

We have the DIVI theme, so I’m looking into possibly having the main menu as a module…just need to figure out how to fully expand it.
