    Hi,

To show them vertically you can use [gt-link] shortcode. Please check Positioning tips in GTranslate plugin settings page for more information and an example.

If you want flags side by side you can use [gtranslate] shortcode and place it into the menu manually instead of using Show in menu option.

Go to Appearance -> Menus -> Custom Link then set URL = # and Link Text = [gtranslate] then Add to Menu.

    Thanks! ??

    Thank you.

How do I get rid of the English widget under Contact Som?

This is what I have in the Menus -> Custom Link: [gtranslate] [gt-link]

But the buttons are still horizontal. How to make vertical?

Also, is it possible to position the languages elsewhere in the menu, say under Welcome?

Please read the Positioning tips again for clarity. You should not have both [gtranslate] and [gt-link], they are for different purposes. Do not forget to remove Show in menu option if you use the shortcode instead.

You should be able to reorder the menu items in the menu manager.

    Thanks! ??

    Here are the positioning tips:

    • Show floating language selector option is the easiest and suitable for most websites.
    • Show in menu option is best for?Flags,?Flags with language name,?Flags with language code,?Language names,?Language codes?widget looks.
    • You can use GTranslate Widget in any pre-defined widget locations.
    • [gtranslate]?shortcode can be used anywhere on your website.?
    • [gt-link lang="en" label="English" widget_look="flags_name"]?shortcode can be used to render individual language links.?
    • Wrapper selector CSS can be used to render the language selector inside matching elements.

So, can you please tell me PRECISELY how to have the 4 buttons listed vertically, not horizontally?

Your menu is listing menu items horizontally, I do not imagine how you would fit the selector vertically or what you mean by that exactly.

Forget about GTranslate for a moment and remove it. Create language links as you wish them to appear (they will obviously not do anything when you click on them).

When you are happy with the appearance, just use [gt-link ...] shortcode instead, so clicking on them will change the language.

    Thanks! ??
