I think your question changed from the original.

It will just show 7 days “out of the box”.

Just ensure that you have the option in the settings: “Show Closed days” set to on (similarly, with the Shortcode parameter if used).

You may want to have some other restrictions in place here – e.g. having a parameter: count of 5, starting with Monday or the parameter to hide/show Special Opening hours (and these are in place for Saturday and Sunday).

To summarise: there are quite a few ways to arrive at the Monday to Friday opening hours you have here, but it will not appear like this without some modifications to the Shortcode parameters. So, I recommend using Shortcode parameters to change it as you wish starting with count.

Thank you, that worked. However, we have a page that shows our standard hours, so when I use the [open] tag, it shows that we are closed today (new year’s day) but normally we are open on Sundays. Is there a way to show our regular opening hours, without any exceptions or holidays?
