Show all Custom Taxonomies

  • I would like to show all Woocommerce shop Categories in the list of tickbox items under Taxonomy Terms > Product Categories.

    At the moment it only shows those that have at least one product in them. Is there a way to make it show all of them even if there are no products in the category?
