Show a custom message to adblock users

I can see on some sites (If I use adblock) messages saying that I’m using adblock, etc…

What is a good plugin to detect adblock user or maybe I could make this happen without any plugins?

I want a custom message to appear at the top of the site to all adblock users. The message would inform them that they’re using adblock on my site or something like that. I want to be able to write a custom message. The message would be visible only to adblock users.

What would be the best choice for that?
