Show 0% VAT in invoice

Hi,

First, thanks for the great plugin!

When a company buys our products outside our country, they don’t need to pay VAT. This is correctly calculated in WooCommerce.

However we would like to show on the PDF invoice a line “0% VAT” or something similar in stead of showing nothing like it is today when don’t need to collect VAT.

Is this something we can enable in the settings? Or should we edit a template file and using logic to add the line when there is no VAT? Or do you recommend another approach?

(when we need to collect VAT, it is shown in the pdf invoice)
