show ? [?] character for average

    Hi Mr Lester and thanks for your good plugins,
    I use the wp-postrating in my site and it work fine but i have a problem with some it’s character when it show the rating result.

    it show a ? character as ? between numbers when show the average text,like this:

    (6 votes, average: 8?67 out of 10, rated)
    it show in alt tag of star images too.

    How i can fix it?

    ok, finally I found it.
    put here to resolve other problem:

    on wp-postratings.php find lines : 1218,1220,1221 and 1222
    replace

    number_format_i18n

    with

    number_format

    for alt tag, so do this in lines : 1192,1195.
