Seeing that so many people are having issues after updating to 4.0.2, would it be wiser to wait until the next update?

Also, do we need to do a backup of our original settings (Version 3.8.8) before updating so we don’t lose them?

Thanks for what seems like some great ideas with the new version.

Thanks, when I saw the ones about it slowing down website loading time, I thought it would be wise to wait!

All reported issues including “website loading time” have been resolved in the version 4.0.3.

Yes, we are recommending to create a backup before any update.

    The same prob in 4.0.3
    Lets wait 4.0.4

Wow, I assumed with as long as the beta testing period lasted, it would be more ready for primetime.

Guess waiting another week would be a smart move as the 3.8.8 version is still working fine.

    Thanks for that update.

Could you please to share the link with 3.8.8 version?

It’s not that bad as some people trying to present it.

About 30000 people installed version 4 since yesterday. About 45 people reported issues.

That’s 0.15%. It is working fine for the rest (99.85%) of the users.

There still few issues remain unfixed, but we will fix them asap. If you are still using 3.x and want to have a totally bug free product, you may consider waiting.

Previous version is always available from www.remarpro.com itself. No need to ask people for it.
