Currently I cannot even use the MailPoet server but can only use my Exchange email account. I have run all my emails through an email validation tool to be sure they are good.

I’m getting SPF Sender Invalid – envelope rejected messages on the newsletter im sending out.

I used the SPF tool on https://www.mail-tester.com/spf-dkim-check as recommended by Mailpoet and it passes.

What can I do so I can restart sending my emails?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @dep-tech,

I’m not seeing any specific issue with the SPF record for your domain, and I see that you’ve already set up domain authentication, however I see there’s a different issue with your account that would prevent you from sending with MailPoet Sending Service.

Please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread.

We’ll be able to provide you with more account-related information there.

    Thank you!
