Should roles access different content?

    WPengine hosting, WordPress: 3.9.1, Sidekick WP plugin 1.3.4, WooCommerce 2.1.12

    Admin user can see Core WP tutorials, and WooCommerce tutorials. WooCommerce Shop Manager role is able to view Sidekick button and menu system, however the menu is empty and “Sorry but there is no walkthroughs found for WordPress 3.9.1” is displayed.

    I was hoping to find that the Shop Manager would only see tutorials in keeping with the access they have. Could you confirm what the intended functionality is please?

    Hi, we’ve added the shop-manager role to those Walkthroughs and they should be visible now to users with that specific role.

    The problem originally reported persists with WordPress 3.9.1, Sidekick WP plugin 1.3.6 and WooCommerce 2.1.12. A Shop Manager role is unable to view both the Core WordPress content (all of it, not just the free parts) and the WooCommerce content. The message displayed in the empty Sidekick tutorial selection area is “Sorry but there is no walkthroughs found for WordPress 3.9.1”

    Give it one more try, the library was cached but it should be visible to the public now.

    Almost there! Shop Managers are now able to view the WooCommerce module, but can’t view the Core module.

    (Tested against WordPress 3.9.1, Sidekick 1.4, WooCommerce 2.1.12)

    Yep we just regenerated the library one more time ??
