• This used to be a great little slider – it did everything that I wanted it, cleanly and simply, with the huge bonus of editing the sliders in the page.

Now, with the update to version 2, it’s lost that major bonus. It didn’t automatically recognise my original sliders, as they promised, so I had to recreate them and then I find that there’s no block to insert them back into the page and the shortcode didn’t work.

All in all a very disappointing mess that just proves the adage “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!”.

    Hi @petervandoorn

I understand your feedback and concern. However, we made the changes after a lot of thoughtful brainstorming and to make it more easier to create & manage slides compared to the little block inside the page/post.

While I understand you don’t like this approach of creating slides separately, I want to address the shortcode not working issue. Could you please provide more details for us to debug that and fix it for you?

P.S. We will add a block to insert the slide soon.
