Should not allow decimals in quantity

    A user can click into the quantity field and type the quantity manually.
    Currently, the plugin allows decimals.
    So, a user could change the quantity to “1.56” and WooCommerce would calculate the price based on this quantity.
    However, most products can’t be divided up like that, so decimals should not be allowed.
