Should ignore internal links with "target" attribute

  • Hello,
    I just installed the plugin, and got very positive 1st impression.

    1. It just works.
    2. No noticeable performance impact.

    For my test, I had an image loaded from the same domain. The image was wrapped in an anchor tag with target="_blank" to open the full size image in a new tab.

    I noticed that this stopped working. It seems as if the plugin found the link is internal, and stripped out the target attribute.

    Can we disable that? And/or have a setting option to configure it?
