Should I update The twenty fourteen theme?

  • Hi, I have one question. There is an update of twenty fourteen theme came. I have also made child theme of twenty fourteen and i made custom changes in child theme and customize the child theme according to requirements of website.
    I want to know that should i update the twenty fourteen theme?
    After updating the theme, my website will disturb or not?
    Please guide me about these things?
