Should I cache Rest API on a WooCommerce site?

Hello,

should I enable “Cache REST API” on the Cache Tab in LiteSpeed cache plugin, when I am running a WooCommerce store?

I am asking because it seems in this article https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1491-using-wp-rocket-on-your-woocommerce-site like WP Rocket disables this feature by default on WooCommerce sites (look under “Automatic detection” in the article).
