Should I be worried at the number of Invalid Login Attempts?

Hi,
I’m continually getting the following emails:
“Dear Site Admin,
A host, xxx.92.73.111, has been locked out of the WordPress site at https://www.applemountaineering.co.uk due to too many bad login attempts.
The host has been locked out permanently .”
Should I be worried, and if so, what can I do about it?
