Should be renamed the "Almost Pro" version!

  • I generally don’t complain a lot about most everything. And maybe I just overlooked the fine print in your sales pitch. But I didn’t know I had to spend more $$ just to get the Captcha code and the “Export to a database” functionality. Exporting to a simple .CSV file as part of the “Pro” version would have been just fine.

    I realize you guys are in business to make a profit and I don’t fault you for that. But I was somewhat disappointed with your plugin once I realized that the “Pro” version should have really been called the “Almost Pro” version. Just sayin’.

    Hi,

    1) the free version of Contact From is completely compatible with the Captcha plugin and there is no need in making any additional purchases.
    2) Saving in CSV file – it is the functionality of another plugin and moreover, the pro version, that is not available on worpdress and is not discussed here (Contact From to DB Pro).
    3) You rate Contact From, although you are not satisfied with the other plugins.
    4) Additional options (e.g. export to the csv file), are not necessary for the majority of users (they are satisfied with the possibility to save letters to the database). If we overload the plugin with all the functionality that our clients would like to have will result in its inefficiency due to the great number of settings. The main advantage of or products is simplicity, once you install the product it is ready to be used. Clients who need additional functionality can buy the pro version.
