shortscodes data email not works

Hello,

When mail send to users, shortcodes not works, do not replace the data, then, they literally send shortcode, for example:

[#user_name#] and not User name. why?

my template:

Hola[#user_name#],

Para modificar tu contrase?a dirígete a:

[#reset_link#]

Puedes logarte desde aquí: [#login_url#]
