ShortPixel Image Optimizer vs ShortPixel Adaptive Images

I am currently using Premium ShortPixel Image Optimizer for optimizing all the sizes of images for my theme.

I just came across this ShortPixel Adaptive Images Plugin, and read about it. The adaptation of image sizes for the high speed of websites is amazing and also important.

But I am a little bit confused here about the features between these two plugins ShortPixel Image Optimizer and ShortPixel Adaptive Images.

1) Should I use these two together?
2) Will there be any problem because there are some features similarity between these two?
3) In addition, I use WP Offload Media Lite, which is amazingly compatible with the ShortPixel Image Optimizer plugin. What about ShortPixel Adaptive Images? Is it?
