    Hi there, my images aren’t showing unless I deactivate shortpixel AI. Do you know of a way to have both working by chance?

    Hi,

    We don’t declare compatibility with ShortPixel AI. Unfortunately, we couldn’t say what exactly you should do. You could try to do the next steps:

    – upgrade the MPDF library on the PDF&Print settings page if you didn’t do it yet – check image permissions (it should be 755)

    – insert other image types (Ex: png image) and check the plugin’s work again

    – check redirect and permission settings in the .htaccess file and server configuration
