Shortlinks direct to old url

Hi,
The shortlinks I get, direct to the old url address ( I first installed the shop to civilworx.com/structuraldetails and then moved it to structuraldetails.civilworx.com

Now all the shortlinks direct to the original address.

I cannot find any settings to change that.

Any suggestions?
