    Hi Ong,

    this plugin doesn’t do anything to the shortlink (generation) itself. It just switches the functionality back on again.

    To be honest, I don’t know what WordPress does for individual post types, however, ?p=%post_id% should work in any case, no matter what post type. I just tested this and can confirm this.

    So, this should have nothing to do with this plugin. Do you have any other plugins active (or maybe your theme is manipulating the shortlink)?

    You are right!
    I can use ?p for both post & page once I disabled a page-not-found redirect plugin called “Smart 404”
