shortlink and edit not working

My short link and insert and edit link isn’t working. Based on another issue I have had with this plugin I think it is my theme.
Here is the error message I received when I tried to insert a link. :Failed to load plugin: wordpress from url https://thelawsofattractioninaction.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wordpress/plugin.min.js

I like the plugin and would prefer not to get a refund. Is there anything that can be done to solve this issue. Bear in mind I am not changing my theme, which is customizr pro the latest version.
