Hello. I love the Kale theme for my website. My question is about the way my most recent post displays on the Front Page and blog page. The first post featured image is wider and shorter than the rest. I really dislike the way this looks since it appears that I’m not using a consistent template for all my featured images.

Can you help me figure out how to get the featured image to display the same as the other posts?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

In order to have consistent look of featured images you need to keep the same aspect ratio of all images. Recommended image size for Kale is 1200x800px so the aspect ration is 3×2. If you have different aspect ratio try to preserve it to all images.

Thanks for this response. I’ve actually created a template psd file for all my blog featured images. So I just add the new photo and edit the text. They’re literally all the exact same size. Which is why I’m so puzzled by how differently they display.

    Any ideas?
