Shorten content on Frontpage – Latest Posts Section

I tried to create a grid here, also can’t solve the problem. Please help

You can shorten the content by including an excerpt in the excerpt field when editing your posts…the excerpt that you enter will be used in this location instead of the full content.

About the grid, your best bet would be to contact the author of the plugin you’re using for support, since they’re more familiar with it and better suited to support it.

Do you know where can I hide the date and author in this section?
and, do you know the image showing here is ‘featured image’ or where can I change the image ?

You can hide those elements under Appearance > Customize > Blog Feed.

The featured image there should be the featured image from that particular blog post, so if you edit that post, you should be able to change the featured image there.
