i can reproduce the error every time i activate the Matamoto Plugin. all shortcodes from uncode theme, Flying Images by WP Speed Matters and the Amelia booking plugin on my test-page are not being rendered on my WPML-translated page once Matamoto is active. it all works on my initial language page. to illustrate the problem i have this loom screen recording for you: https://www.loom.com/share/4b1202873214462dbc755b17ea6b8c5a

thank you for this video. As I don’t have access to some of the plugins and this theme is there any chance you could temporarily switch to another theme or disable some other plugins to see if it then still happens? Or is there are a chance you could send us a copy of that theme and ideally also a copy of the system report in Matomo (see https://matomo.org/faq/wordpress/how-do-i-find-and-copy-the-system-report-in-matomo-for-wordpress/ ). This way we could try and reproduce it better.

Thanks @maratino be great if you could set up a temporary admin-login for [email protected] and then let us know. Be great to also send us an email on which page/pages we can reproduce it. I’ve installed a similar setup as yours but am not able yet to reproduce it. Be great to know what kind of shortcodes break and whether this is an issue for the original description or maybe only for translated pages etc.

This issue is now resolved. Cause was a manually entered tracking code where the HTML comment was not closed properly causing all HTML to be ignored after the tracking code. We’ll check how we can prevent this in the future.
