• I am trying to buy the Shortcodes & Widgets but all pages return 404 or envato market shows: This item is no longer available.

James Kemp has sold the MWI plugin to another party. I have sent them 2x an email requestins the product, no reply. I informed James Kemp about the situation, also no reply.

Now what to do? Here is a customer who wants to spend money…

I bought plugins twice (from JK site, ver. 1.0 and on Envato, ver. 1.1) over 1 year ago and there is no support until today. The shortcode plugin does not work from the beginning on my site. No option for support, refund…

    Hey,

Just wanted to drop in to say that it isn’t me who manages this plugin anymore – if it was, I’d happily support it!

No one manages this plugin now.
I contacted you but there was no support too…

    Hello James,
Good to see that you are still around.

Unfortunately the party that “is in charge” now, seems to be a dead end…
If you can pull some strings there, it would be much appreciated.

As mentioned, I don’t have any control over this plugin at all anymore (since Jan 2016). I don’t personally support it because it isn’t my plugin. I focus 100% on WooCommerce now.

I reported errors in mid-2015. No reaction.

I haven’t supported this plugin for a long time (plugins on Envato were also marked as not supported). As I no longer develop with Magento, I transferred ownership to a new developer.

My reason for posting here today was to reaffirm that I am not the the person to approach if support is required, as you had mentioned my name above.

You could have requested a refund at the time via Envato.

@evolinestore – I’ll drop them another line to see if they plan on offering support via the forums. Side note – where did you contact me? Not seen anything come in.

I think the addons have been pulled from Envato now, not sure what they plan to do with them. As far as I’m aware though, it still isn’t compatible with Magento 2.

Thanks for your efforts James, much appreciated. We do understand that you are not personally responsible.

We tried to contact you earlier via ticksymail.com, probably it ended up somewhere else but with you.

Odd, haven’t seen anything for a while! Sorry about that.

I’ve sent Gigasavvy a message so will let you know if I get a reply.
