Shortcodes Ultimate document code inserting previous link before end code

I am having an issue with the Shortcodes Ultimate document code. On one of my sites, a link that was previously used is inserted before the end code[/su_document]. On another site, it inserts the code minus the end code. Is there a way to clear this up without deleting and reinstalling the plugin?
