    Hi ac1643;

When I turn on Autoptimize my Shortcodes Ultimate buttons display strangely.

    some questions to get things going;
    * where are those buttons displayed, on your wp-admin-pages or on the frontend?
    * is this the case for all shortcode-ultimate buttons or only some?
    * is this specific to a specific shortcode used and if so which one?
    * can you share a screenshot comparing the situation with and without ao?

    Thanks for your quick response!

    To answer your questions:

    – the buttons are displayed on the frontend
    – I have a couple of other buttons (on another page) that display as usual.
    – The shortcode for the buttons that don’t work is of the form:

    [su_button style=”bubbles” background=”#832d51″ size=”12″ center=”no” radius=”round” url=”#free”]FREE EVENTS[/su_button]

The ones that are fine are of the form:

    [su_button url=”https://….” style=”flat” background=”#832d51″ size=”6″]Get a Quote[/su_button]

So the only difference appears to be the style.

    – How do I share a screenshot in the support section? Shall I email you?

    Many thanks

OK, first of all try if this works; add /assets/css/content-shortcodes.css to the comma seperated list of CSS optimization exclusions

if it doesnt, you could upload the screenshot(s) to e.g. https://imgur.com/ and link to them here? ??

Adding in the exclusion didn’t work.

Here is a link to a screenshot of with and without Autoptimize activated (hope this works):https://imgur.com/a/UgR9D.

    Thanks

    Hi again Frank,

Sorry I made a mistake, I put the exclude css file in the script exclusion area, not the css exclusion area. Now its in the right place the buttons do now work. Does this mean its fixed?

    Thanks

    Thanks for your help!

I am facing similar problem for login form shortcode for ultimate member plugin. I am using this shortcode on login page and in the text widget for sidebar shown on all pages.

I tried putting /assets/css/content-shortcodes.css in Exclude CSS from Autoptimizebut it did not work for me. Sorry, I am new to wordpress, do not know anything about coding.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance

can you share your URL of your login-page ranjeetverma, so I can have a look?

    Thanks for asking
this is the url of my login page https://sarvgroup.in/log-in/

But text widget containing shortcode for login form is also not working.

    can you try:
    * changing the options “also aggregate inline JS” on and off?
    OR
    * excluding ultimate-member/assets/css/um.min.css from CSS optimization (see FAQ for troubleshooting info and how to exclude if not clear)

if either of those do not work, can you provide me with a screenshot of how it looks when AO is active?

    frank

    Super thanks !

It worked after un-checking Force JavaScript in <head>? and checking Also aggregate inline JS?

    cheers

    ranjeet
