Shortcodes stopped working

    I have the theme installed, and it worked great until last week. I raised a support ticket to say the shortcode for forms within 2 columns was not working. The other shortcodes were fine, for buttons, columns ect.

    I was advised to deactivate the CPO companion plugin and load/active 3 others,which I did. However, all of the shortcodes stopped working, they just show the code on the page. I can’t get it to work again at all now. I’ve deleted the 3 new plugins, and added the original one again. I’ve deleted them all and added again.

    I replied to the ticket on Friday, as I was supposed to show the site to my client. I’ve still not had a reply and it’s nearly end of the day Monday, and I still can’t show my client the site.

    I really don’t know what I can do now, as I’ve spent a lot of time customising the theme to look how I want it to, so really don’t want to have to start again.

    I’ve had some great help from Mihaela, once we realised she wasn’t receiving my emails. She fixed my issue in seconds once I got in touch from a different email address. Thank you so much.
