Shortcodes stop working after 2.9 upgrade

  • All my plugins that use shortcodes have all stopped working.
    Audio Player
    Advertising Manager
    and many more.
    Sociable has also stopped working.

    Yep, my audio player has died since the upgrade too. Just getting a “File Not Found” error on all mp3 files. Any ideas?

    Well, mine are working again but I don’t know exactly what fixed it. After the 2.9 upgrade that originally failed there was a big mess with lots of blank pages, broken links, and missing images. Found that I had folders in the wrong spot and even duplicate folders (!!?) which was breaking all my links. After cleaning that up, I turned off all plugins, turned them back on one at a time and then everything worked again.
