I have noticed this bug for quite some time and was able to fix it before but now i’ve forgotten.

The issue is I created a page and put the “edit profile” shortcode on that page.

I later removed that shortcode and instead put the password restore shortcode on that page…

In clean login it is still showing that the edit profile page exists…even after iv changed the shortcode OR Deleted the page.

I even tried disabling the plugin and re-enabling but no dice. Of course this is a problem because on the login form you see a “edit my profile” link which leads to the password restore page which gives and error saying the user is already logged in…

    Need to clear this

    Hi TheLoneDeveloper,

There is no way to remove it from the plugin, just updating it when you include it in a new post/page.

One thing you could do is remove the corresponding option from the hidden WordPress options page: ./wp-admin/options.php

    Regards,

    Alberto.
