shortcodes showing up in frontend

    hi, i installed fluid checkout for use on my theme and all the shortcodes ive used in the other parts of my theme show up as shortcodes on the frontend within the fluid checkout. how do i fix this? please refer to screenshot

    Hi @w3773,

    As explained in the support ticket you opened on our support channel, this seems to be an issue with the WPBakery Page Builder plugin as the problem only happens with shortcodes from that plugin and still happen when Fluid Checkout is deactivated.

    I suggest you contact the WPBakery Page Builder team to see if they can sort it our for you.

    Also, temporarily deactivate Fluid Checkout and check if the problem still happens on your website.
