Shortcodes only registering/loading on front-end

Hello,

It seems like WooCommerce shortcodes only loads on the front-end, correct? I assume there is some !is_admin() condition to prevent them from loading in admin.

If we want shortcodes to be registered and parsed in the WordPress admin dashboard as well, how can this be achieved?
